The WOU-130 is from the DCS by Fisher & Paykel wall oven generation with rotary knobs and a PUSH TO CLEAR button. DCS asks owners not to cut power when an error appears, because the cooling fans are needed; switching off a hot oven can damage it and the cabinet around it.
After an outage the oven enters Set Up mode, with both displays showing OFF and the clock colon flashing until the time is set.
