What F2-07 / F3-07 Means
F2-07 and F3-07 on a DCS WOSV230 or WODV230 are self-clean door errors: the door was opened, or appeared to be open, during a self-clean cycle. The service manual first asks whether someone really tried to open the door, then checks the door switch and its connection to the power board.
Common Causes of F2-07 / F3-07
- Door handle pulled during the clean cycle
- Door switch failing or sticking
- Wiring from the door switch to the power board loose
- Power board misreading the switch
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
If someone did try the door, let the oven cool, reset power and restart the clean cycle later. If nobody touched it, the door switch is misreading, and the oven should not self-clean until it is checked.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- A door switch that misreads during a pyrolytic clean at over 800°F is a safety matter; its replacement and testing belong to the repair visit.
