The RF24TR2 is a single-tap kegerator for an outdoor kitchen. Foamy beer is the most common complaint, and it is usually about temperature or CO2 pressure rather than a broken part. A keg that has not cooled down fully will foam no matter how the tap is set.
The DCS guide has sections on the CO2 regulator and on cleaning the keg coupler. A regulator that leaks slowly empties the tank and lets pressure fall, which also causes flat or foamy pours.
