The RF15I is the first DCS outdoor ice maker, and a full service manual exists for it covering the refrigeration system, water supply, gravity drain and drain pump. Units with a drain pump sometimes fail when the pump wears out, and the bin then fills with melt water.
If ice comes out in slabs instead of cubes, the cutter grid that divides the slab is not doing its job.
