The RGV-305 is the five-burner 30-inch gas range from the generation before the RGV2. On gas ovens of this type, the bake burner igniter must glow hot enough to open the gas valve; a weakened igniter lets the oven click and glow but never light.
If the oven light and halos do not come on either, DCS points to the power supply first.
