The RF15IR3 is the current DCS outdoor ice machine. DCS designs the bin to stay just above freezing so the ice slowly melts and stays clear, which surprises owners who expect a freezer. Water in the bin is normal; water on the floor is not.
The guide limits a gravity drain line to no higher than a set height, and an optional pump is available when that is not possible. Most leak calls trace back to the drain route.
