The RDV2-364GD combines a gas cooktop and griddle with an electric oven. During and after a self-clean the halos glow red and the door stays locked until the oven cools; that is normal behavior on this range, not a stuck lock.
A flashing orange temperature halo is different: DCS lists it as an electronics alert that needs a power reset and, if it returns, service.
