The BGC132-BI-N is the Series 7 counterpart to the SBE1-142, built into the counter with its own lid. When the lid is left open in rain, water sits in the burner well, and a spark with no flame afterward usually means wet ports or a wet electrode rather than a failed part.
If it still sparks without lighting once dry, the gas flow to that burner is suspect, and that is licensed work.
