The BFG-30BGD is the original Liberty griddle and side burner unit. DCS sold it with optional wood inserts and shelves, which weather faster than the stainless; replacing them is cosmetic, while ignition and burner work is the real repair.
If the griddle burner stops lighting but the side burners work, the gas supply is fine and the griddle’s own ignitor is suspect.
