Persistent flare-ups after that usually mean the trays are warped or the drip path is blocked.
The rotisserie on this size is compact, and DCS’s checklist for a rod that will not turn is simple: motor switched on and plugged into a GFCI outlet, rod fully inserted and resting on its rollers, food centered and tied.
