What F1-16 Means
F1-16 on DCS WOSV230 and WODV230 ovens is a crystal oscillator error in the clock module. The service manual points out it can happen during baking with a lot of condensation, when moisture reaches the electronics. Its advice is to let the oven cool down and dry out, then power it off and on.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Turn the oven off, prop the door open a little once it is safe to do so, and let everything dry for a few hours. Then reset power at the breaker. If you cook a lot of steamy dishes, venting briefly at the end of cooking helps. If F1-16 returns on dry days, the clock module needs replacing.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- Drying the electronics with a heat gun or hair dryer can warp the display module and its clips.
