DCS sold the BGB36-BQAR on the strength of its 25,000 BTU U-shaped stainless burners. The U-shape spreads heat well but the tight bends are where cracks start on an old grill, so we inspect each burner along its full length.
A burner that has slipped off its orifice or rear support heats unevenly and can let gas burn outside the tube. That is corrected before the grill is used again.
