The WD-30SS is the 30-inch indoor warming drawer from DCS’s professional line, sold in stainless and several colors to match DCS ranges. A drawer that runs too hot at a low setting usually has a thermostat drifting out of calibration.
Worn glides make the drawer hard to open with a load of plates; they are replaced as a set.
