The CDU-304 is a later DCS drop-in cooktop, from the DCS by Fisher & Paykel era. After cleaning, burner heads and caps must go back exactly as they came off; a head turned slightly out of line stops the spark reaching the gas.
If no burner sparks at all, the spark module or its power supply is the likely cause.
