If your DCS grill, refrigeration unit or legacy indoor appliance is still within its manufacturer coverage period, we will tell you so, and whether that route makes more sense than paying us out of pocket — even when that means we do not get the job. Check your purchase or installation date before calling; coverage windows differ by product line and some parts carry longer coverage than the unit as a whole.
Once that period has passed, or on the legacy indoor line where manufacturer support has ended, the workmanship on any repair we complete is covered by us for 30 days, and a replacement part carries whatever coverage its own maker provides.
