The WD-27SS is the 27-inch version of the DCS professional warming drawer, often installed under a 27-inch DCS wall oven. When it does not heat at all, the element, thermostat and the wiring at the back of the drawer are checked in turn.
Condensation inside is normal with very moist food; standing water every time suggests the vent is blocked.
